Limited Warranty
for Autostream Self-Feathering
& Slipstream Folding Sailboat Propellers
By registering your warranty or installing
the product you accept the terms and conditions herein of
this warranty, if you do not wish to accept these terms
and conditions you must not install or use the product and
must return the product to the original place of purchase.
This limited warranty and the remedy provided herein is
exclusive and in lieu of all other expressed warranties
and unless stated herein, any statements or representations
made by other person or business are void. The duration
of any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose shall be limited to the duration
of the express limited warranty. Neither Seahawk Pty. Ltd.
nor its affiliates shall be liable for incidental, consequential
or special losses or damages, resulting from the use or
inability to use the Autostream or Slipstream Propeller,
whether resulting from breach of warranty or any legal theory.

Pty. Ltd. warrants that the Autostream or Slipstream propeller
enclosed is free from defects in workmanship and material
for a period of FIVE (5) years from the date of original
purchase.
: Normal
‘Wear & Tear’, Electrolysis and Corrosion
are not covered by this warranty. ANY Modification to the
design as shipped by Seahawk Pty Ltd, without the express
written authorisation of Seahawk Pty. Ltd. immediately voids
this warranty. This warranty does not cover any incidental,
consequential, special loss or damages, resulting from the
use, or inability to use the Autostream or Slipstream Propeller.

The limited warranty is contingent upon proper use and maintenance
of the product; it does not cover products that have been
improperly shipped or improperly installed, or that have
been misused, abused, neglected or improperly maintained,
or products that have been modified without the express
written authority of Seahawk Pty Ltd.
The propeller must be returned to Seahawk Pty Ltd, Bayswater,
Victoria, Australia for repair or replacement.
The option to repair or replace in the case of a valid warranty
claim is at the sole discretion of Seahawk Pty. Ltd. All
costs of transport of the product to and from Seahawk PTY.
LTD are to be at the owners cost.
To avoid unnecessary costs and delays please contact SEAHAWK
Pty Ltd prior to shipping any propeller for warranty assessment.
To qualify for warranty, the completed
Registration Form must be returned to SEAHAWK Pty Ltd, within
60 days of the purchase date.
